We were looking for a place where the teaching comes straight from the Bible and where we felt welcome. FOUND IT HERE. Pastor Ryan has been preaching verse by verse through the Books of the Bible and has the ability to go deep. Excellent teacher and leader.
We also found a Bible study group where we are able to expand our learning as well as find fellowship. This has helped us so much. The wide variety of study groups made it easy to find one that has the same learning goals as we do.

Bill is wrong about this being formerly a Methodist Church. It was founded as and continues to remain a member of the Southern Baptist Convention. 5 stars would definitely pray here again.

Great church with state of the art facilities! They have a full gym with upstairs track. Many rooms and conference areas. Full band complete with wind instruments and strings for worship! And very nice congregation.

I had the privilege of attending a beautiful wedding ceremony. The church seemed to have a very nice campus. It was very clean and well kept.

Crosspoint started off as a satellite location of the First Baptist Church of Center Point. After over 100 years, FBCCP has now closed its historic location, selling to a different ministry.

Having said that, Crosspoint carries many of the members that used to attend FBCCP.

What I like about Crosspoint is the Trail Life scouting program that the church sponsors with Troop 242. Trail Life is what scouting used to be, for those of us that remember.

If you are looking to get your son into scouting that teaches not only camping, outdoors, and life skills, but also has the moral aptitude to it, then look no further!
