For so long I was intimidated by the “intensity” of what CrossFit was. However, at CrossFit184 everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and skill level, the coaches challenge you without breaking you, time is spent on how to properly progress and perform movements, and the coaches care more about your overall health than just hitting a PR every single day. On top of that the community that surrounds CrossFit 184 is unmatched! Highly highly recommended this gym!

I was here for a short time, only due to an existing injury I already had. The short time I was there I really felt welcomed and it killed me that I had to step away. I'd recommend this gym to anyone looking to change there life, in more ways than just physical! Great people and great coaches!

From the trained, certified and helpful coaches to the community of athlete’s this gym is AWESOME! CrossFit 184 is a place where I have gotten stronger physical and mentally. The coaches and other athletes have a challenge me when I didn’t think I could add more weight or do a certain move but often times I can (but not all the time). The workouts are scaled for different levels of athletes which has been so helpful as someone who was new to CrossFit a little over a year ago. There are all ages of athletes which also makes it fun! Seeing the strength of some of our more “seasoned” athletes is a huge encouragement to me! Celebrating the PR’s of athletes as they get stronger is also motivating. The workouts are fun and effective!

The gym offers events such as faith workouts, the Murph followed by a cookout and the annual anniversary party which are so fun and fosters a culture of community!

The owners are an amazing couple from Marysville who really care about people and the community. They continually invest into improving the gym (ie equipment & training) and are committed to helping people live healthy lifestyles!

184 has the best community and coaches of any gym I’ve been to. Everyone is encouraging and helpful! The coaches have your best interest and will work one-on-one with you. Also, very approachable and kind. Good sized facility and have nice updated equipment. Love my gym!

CrossFit 184 is much more than a gym. The coaches are amazing! They are knowledgeable and capable of all the workouts and movements. They are attentive to all the members and their needs. They focus on health, strength, safety, mobility and positive attitude. The members are like family and friends. The classes are organized and cleanliness is a must. I feel very fortunate to have found this gym to improve my overall well being. I feel healthier and stronger than when I was 50 years old.

The owners, trainers and all the members are amazing. The intensity levels are perfect and you can adjust to your level. I especially enjoy the focus on technique and the on- ramp process. The trainers are with you every class, helping keep you motivated during the class and giving you feedback for every exercise. If you are looking for a family type atmosphere and want to get fit, this is the cross-fit gym for you.
