Cristos has a nice, inviting atmosphere, and their specialty drinks are definitely a highlight—they’re honestly the main reason I keep coming back. That said, they might want to step up their table maintenance. It’s understandable that things get busy, but I’ve never actually seen any of the (mostly young) staff out cleaning or bussing tables. A quick wipe-down and maybe some furniture cleaning would go a long way.

Service-wise, let’s just say it’s a bit of a mixed bag. The wait times can be longer than expected for a “quick” drink, and the energy behind the counter can feel a little… icy. The piercing looks from some of the young staff are enough to make me question my life choices, but on the bright side, I do feel slightly cooler every time I visit—just by absorbing the conversations happening behind the counter while awkwardly crammed in a tiny corner with five other customers. There’s also a lot of turnover, or at least a constant shuffle of different people working different shifts, so even if I wanted to bond with the staff, it’s not exactly easy.

As for seating, their outdoor area isn’t much better. The tables are very basic, always dirty, and constantly under attack from bugs—so not exactly inviting. And this is coming from a girl who always chooses outdoor seating, even in frigid temps. Even after a sweaty bike ride, it’s not my favorite place to sit and unwind.

That said, there are some redeeming factors. They have cute merchandise to browse while you wait, and clearly, it’s the place to be—whether you’re a housewife catching up over lattes or someone making a quick business deal. If they could tighten up the service and cleanliness a bit, it would be an even better experience.

Absolutely love this place. The staff are great, the drink options are expansive, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I love the wide selection of syrup options. My kiddos love their bagels, muffins, and Italian sodas.

Need a space to work or study, they’ve got you covered. Are you a parent looking for another spot outside of home, they’ve have comfy couches, books, and some toys.

Our favorite local spot! Do yourself a favor and try their raspberry tea, iced, with rose and raspberry flavoring. Yummm

I have been going to Cristos since I was 14 and now I am 20. I will never stop going. I have had no bad experiences here. This place feels like home right when I enter it each time and each person I interact with is so kind. Both Sophia and Anna both are such loving people and make the drinks and food taste so good. Whenever I ask for a unique drink it is made so well each time too. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed one bit I promise.

Yay! A great coffee place in Erie! My chocolate chocolate chip muffin was rich and I'd go back for it. The pecan bun is really really satisfying. My matcha latte was a little disappointing, it tasted artificial in a way. Easy parking, pleasant staff, chill atmosphere.

Best pumpkin cold brew I've ever had! Quaint, charming, cozy, small town vibe. Absolutely original, friendly, and warm. Felt like I went back in time to another era! Cool place. Can't wait to go back!!
