Took wife in and they took her back saying they could help her but after 2 hours they told her she needed to go else where . They knew issue before they took her back. Wasted alot of time administration staff were excellent 👌

I do fully comprehend the needs of the service, and has helped me save money to buy things that I would like to have but there are issues 1 is that if holiday falls on a Monday which a lot do during the year as also the day the checks are mailed out they can easily be mailed out Friday before the holiday they are ready then because they are picked up by others that are not mailed so they are ready she does not mail them until after she comes back from holiday on Tuesday sometimes money is thin for myself and I know for sure others suffer you have to budget the little bit you get every week your allowance to run 7 day but when it comes to running 9 and 10 days well that's a different story you do without and for some people is food they have to do with that unless other resources are available!? To no avail I have asked numerous times to rectify this unnecessarily suffrage and horde and hoard situation can easily be fixed. I am not only speaking for myself but others that filled the same way are scared to say anyting
