I can’t say enough good things about Creekside Village Rehab and Nursing! The facility has undergone incredible changes with almost all new managers and staff, and it’s clear that they truly care about their residents. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy and genuine concern from everyone. The team is not only professional but also compassionate and dedicated to providing the best care possible. It’s evident that they’re constantly working to improve the facility, with upgrades happening every day to make it a better and more comfortable place for the residents.

New leadership and managers have added some key players to make lives easier and immediately improved quality of care. You can feel the change in the joy of the residents. Responsiveness has improved for communication; what used to take weeks is now hours of not minutes!

They gave my uncle the wrong medicine and when he said those aren’t my pills the lady forced him to take them and then proceeded to call him by the wrong name. Then realizing she was forcing the wrong client wrong meds. Said employee was fired. But this is so wrong.

My mother lives here and the staff have been a joy. They show their love for mom and she has no complaints. If any thing happens to her, broken fingernail, fall, scratch or sore, they give me a call so that I am always in the loop. I gave them a 4 only because it is a older building and it is being improved slowly ,

I don’t recommend this facility to clinicians if you expect to get paid. The patient care is substandard and the leadership is unprofessional and corrupt. They are often suspended from agencies due negative regulatory reports or non- payments an expect clinicians to work without being confirmed or paid.

If you care for your loved one, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE! Tragically understaffed which boarders on neglect and the food they serve would make a dog sick 😫

Extremely short staffed. Most did best they could with so few. Manager was helpful. Bath lady horrid to mom when she did get bathed.
Mom begged her friend in the home early morning on that fateful day not to leave her alone. Her friend stayed with her till we arrived and found Mom in a Coma.
Michael the nurse had given Mom a Morphine and Addivan combination that put her in a Coma. Michael said she was afraid is why he gave her those doses. The evening before Mom was happy and talking with us. Mom never came to again after the overdose. She was in a Coma all day and died that evening as we sat beside her.
