I have been a member of Creatorspace for several years. They have all kinds of maker tools there from a forge to an electronics room, but the real beating heart of the space is the welcoming and helpful community!

This is an amazing group of like minded creative individuals. I was very impressed with the amount of equipment that this group has. Anything that you can think of this place has. It is a great addition to Galveston County. It is open to the public each Tuesday at 7 to come share and learn.This is a place to share ambitions and meet new people with various skill sets and backgrounds. I found this place to be very inviting. I will definitely become a member. You can definitely channel your skill sets here and learn some as well.

Creatorspace is awesome. The people were friendly and welcoming. Lots of smart people up to cool things. Great opportunity to build stuff. Good selection of tools most people don't have at home like 3d printers, mills, lathes, laser cutters, forge, sewing machines, and vinyl cutters, etc. Check it out on Tuesday nights at 7pm for open house.

Was banned without any warning because of a nebulous "complaint".

Despite being a loyal member for many years with a fantastic track record this came out of the blue without any means for me to defend myself.

Am still waiting on their response.

Brought our daughter and the male members at the Creatorspace were very rude to her. We thought the idea of the Creatorspace was to share and learn, but apparently this group expects new members to already have the knowledge and only want new members for the money. We went to U of H main campus MakerSpace in the MD Anderson Library and the members welcomed her to join and were more than willing to help her get started in the right direction to learn! AND it was much less expensive than the Creatorspace.

Pretty dang cool maker space!
Not just the latest 3D printers and laser cutters. Sheet metal and milling tools, a wood shop, electronics bench. But also a forge and a kiln!
