I was experienced CSA in one of the foster care placements through this agency from ages 7-8 years. When I reported to the social worker assigned to my case, he told me I was lying and I never brought it up again. When I was 11 years old, i reported it to a therapist and they finally ran an investigation. Every young girl that had been in that home had experienced the same CSA I had experienced. Wonder how many girls would’ve been saved if I had been listened to. Please protect your children

I hope you all get saved soon. My husband went through hell with this place. Treated horribly by families. Hurts my heart that most of these reviews are from children.

As a client staff are disrespectful and they may have earned there position but there not fit for it staff gets aggressive with us and complain that we have issues when they're the ones causing it we are mostly treated unfairly meaning we can't have Normal lives and can't be a kid I've been trying to leave but it's hard when they get in our head on purpose and we try to run away all they do is call pd to bring us back it's very annoying and frustrating staff don't really put their selves in our shoes just in general I don't recommend it

Many years ago we tried this agency as my wife and I couldn't have kids. They were extremely thorough with everything, appeared competent and professional, yet when it came to placement they simply sent us whatever kids became available with zero concern of our long term goal to have a family. Both kids, young teens, were so traumatized that they mumbled for about a week until they could properly communicate. The agency did not tell us that the more experienced foster parents put criteria as to placement....age of kid, etc. We were naïve about the system.

To make things worse, not only did we receive troubled kids as our first experience, the manager wanted to blame us. Yes, he did eventually admit we did a good job....but to bring us in and make us sign an egreement to keep the kids grades up...when he had started with only failing grades, and already making great progress, was not supportive. It was insulting.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'm getting ready to leave but this place is not good some staff are decent people but others are just plain disrespectful for no reason that is the biggest reason why kids run away from here, there is no reason for certain staff to be disrespectful and then when we complain to our social workers those disrespectful staff put on a fake face and pretend to be nice

As a client here this place is very bad place!!! Most of staff and the supervisers are very bad at what they do... Most of the houses are in bad shape.. staff quit because they are treated unfair by their managers!!!! I wouldn't recommend nobody to work here!!!
