Covenant, is a coffee place buts it’s a coffee place with a mission. I always passed by here but this one time i keenly read the name and was intrigued to know this place. They use this place to give work experience to former foster kids. They train them to safely and confidently move to adulthood. I am motivated to shop here as i know my money is being put to good use. They have breakfast and other meals

I attended a Yelp Elite event tonight and I loved it! Wonderful atmosphere, great staff, and bomb coffee, there is nothing more I could've asked for. The owner and his daughter were adorable. It is rare to meet a fantastic duo such as them. Not only were they articulate and knowledgeable, but they're also kind-hearted. Covenant Coffee is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating and employing foster youth. Just wow!
This was my first time here but will not be my last!

I had a breakfast meeting at covenant the other day for my first time. It is such a nice spot to stop in and grab a quick coffee or have a meeting. The coffee was amazing and the staff was very friendly. I look forward to scheduling another meeting there in the next couple weeks!

Got an excellent single origin pour over, recommended by the barista. Really unassuming place from the outside. Lovely coffee shop that I will definitely stop at when I am in Bakersfield next!
