I just had the simplest question and this woman was rude and stereotyping me mind you the person in charge directing ppl said when u finish the paper work you can go to any window I was simply going up to her window because I didn’t see anyone at her station I just had a question and she said can’t you people see that I’m busy Im in the middle of something more like her phone scrolling down through tic tok and proceeds to say I don’t have time for you right now get in line obviously then someone can help you jeeeze I said ok bless you but honestly lady if your not here to help people out especially in this environment you need to get the boot because your heart ain’t in it she probably treated me like that thinking I was some homeless person due to the dirty work clothes I had on it’s people like this that have a hard time asking for help. 7/23/24 2:45 pm PS as you can see she was still BUSY ON HER phone photo below

Came in with some questions regarding medi-cal and cal-fresh. I waited in the “start line”. The lady rushed me so I could not get all my questions answered. I kept getting the same answer after going back to the line the second time: “you just have to wait 3-4 months someone to review your eligibility”. Waiting is no problem, but asking questions that doesn’t depend on eligibility should be allowed. For example, I want to ask the question, what is the income limit for cal-fresh eligibility? I didn’t get the chance to do so. I was rushed and told “I can’t answer any of your questions until someone is assigned to you.” Well, that would be too late in my situation. I didn’t feel that they want to help me navigate through this hard time. I appreciate the hard work, but people are being pushed out, ignored, not listened to. The system needs to be reevaluated. There’s always room for improvement.

Giao Nguyen is amazing. She actually does her job and does it well. Vanessa is mediocre, never answers her phone, but does email back quite promptly. Sally and Krystyna are absolutely horrible. Takes WEEKS to get ahold of them and they do their jobs sloppily and have costed me so much. I've been waiting for 1095 for my children for 180 days now. They never sent in the requests and then told ne to wait 60 days 3TIMES. Now that a request was FINALLY put in and I waited 69 more days SHE DIDNT FILE IT FOR MY KIDS, SHE FILED IT FOR ME. I DONT NEED MY 1095 I NEEDED THEIRS. ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE. I'm just trying to file my taxes, man.

Very hard working case workers here , despite the amount of clientele they have throughout there days they still manage all of us and help guide and help us progress towards independence. My case worker is Leticia and she has done an outstanding job with everything and always manages to help us out no matter your situation in life.

They hardly ever return calls. I've had to leave several messages and almost never get a return call for basic questions. They really used to be very good at returning call but then they gave me a new Worker.

Great experience here! It was a long line but it went very fast and they called us in less than 5 min. Very helpful staff and also very kind.
