I would not recommend Country Neighbor Program’s transportation services. A driver of one of their vehicles (549ZVJ) demonstrated harassing of pedestrians and unsafe driving behavior at the Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital handicap drop off area. If the Country Neighbor driver believes that her behavior is appropriate, I’m genuinely concerned for the safety of anyone utilizing their transportation services. I contacted their office to let them know to hopefully prevent this from happening to anyone else with this driver. Instead, the Country Neighbor individual I spoke with over the phone insinuated I was in the wrong as a handicap patient using the hospital’s handicap drop off area. It is alarming that it appears Country Neighbor condones their driver’s unsafe driving and harassing behavior and stands behind this as how they want to represent themselves. I am certain Cleveland Clinic would also not approve of Country Neighbor’s unsafe or harassing treatment of their hospital patients.

This happened to me a few times now, I’ve had appointments at 12:30 and there was times where they didn’t drop me back off at home until 4pm!!! They would sit and wait to pick up people from places for 2 hours and I would have to sit around in the vans and wait to get dropped off back home for that whole 2 hours!!! Like what if I had things to do or another appointment I had to go to?!?! And what I don’t understand is that drivers don’t even let us know that the wait will be a couple hours long either!!! This is so frustrating! I’m not sure if anyone else had this problem! But this is so frustrating and something needs to be done about it asap! I don’t know if they were just trying to save gas, or what but they could have told us something! And they didn’t! Ridiculous!!!

The actual person who comes to give my mom care is awesome. But the agency is just plan horrible...typical scam take the tax money and dont show up...this has happen many times and now it's time to envolve the County and State for misappropriate use of tax revenue. This agency dosen't care about your loved ones
