We had a very helpful advisory phone meeting recently with their lawyer, Sekou Diabate, and Jennifer Mizrahi. Todah rabba!

This place is so unhelpful! I have been trying to get help for a green card application for my husband. I told them I had a dead line and I’m still waiting over 2 months to get my documents mailed out to USICS. On top of that the lawyer and paralegal both quit during the process of completing my documents without a warning. They made a mistake with a money order as well which cost me extra money out of my pocket. Plus I can’t get my documents so I can mail them myself because they need higher up authorization to sign off the documents in order to give them back to me. I call them literally every day. I guess I’ll just have to show up there with the cops so I can get my property (documents) back. Stay away from this place!

I came to the office for help with the summer youth employment program and someone by the name of Rosie, was so helpful she was able to help me with the application process to making sure my child got placed! She made sure that all my concerns were taken care of! She made my concerns hers!
DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND COJO!

I just recently had the opportunity to use COJO for my tax preparation and I was very pleased with the service I received. Ben and Tim were both very thorough and helpful, giving me some good advice on how to lessen my tax load, and I will definitely return next year. My only complaint had to do with the front desk person (Violetta?), who was rude and dismissive. Initially I was going to pull out the race card, however, seeing her interact with others, I realize she just has an overall nasty attitude. In my opinion, not front desk material.

Rude! Nasty! They enjoy wasting your time & making people miserable!!! Everyone worries about their own salary! No one at the agency actually does any work! Or is of help! If you want to be jerked around, waste your time, effort and money that you don't have to spare Please feel free to waste all of your efforts here! The Director believes that anyone about to lose their home should find a homeless shelter. No help is available!!!!!! Very nasty employee s, from the lowest to the Director ( of nastiness). They have no right to collect money for charity! It's really just to line their own pockets!!!!

Terrible Person answering the phone to help with an issue . Argued with me about a state phone # to seek assistance , the # is automated , & she insists that there is someone to talk to !!! That's what happens when you hire foreigners !!! Oh ,sorry I'm being prejudice .
