If I could give them a zero I would they were very condescending I came in with an animal that was obviously put out in our neighborhood and because I wasn't able to show them a flyer they wouldn't accept the pet now granted I did find the owners later and and they are very happy that they got the dog back because one of their children got rid of it but it was the fact that they talked to me like I was I don't know it was crazy it was condescending it was like I was putting them out they told me that they would have to kill a dog in order to take my dog and you know all kinds of things like that it was just not a welcoming place for an animal I vote they shut down.

Friendly and caring staff. Very clean facility. Dogs are in good condition and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

This is a really well designed facility that operates on a shoestring budget. They have a dozens of animals available for adoption essentially at all times. Both cats and dogs. Some of the dogs were really cute. They do euthanize animals that can't be adopted.

I think it’s good the work they do, we volunteer all the time to walk dogs and pet on the cats. We adopted a dog and it is our first dog ever so “we didn’t know what to expect“ and when we took it back even after paying the $90 fee to adopt two months later, we found that it didn’t fit in our family and it wasn’t because of the reason they thought it’s because it ran away all the time. They told us that “we knew what we were getting into“ but really we didn’t realize that it was going to not fit in well. I asked for an exchange or a refund since the dog was already fixed when we picked it up but they denied us even though we volunteered to walk dogs and give love to cats. Oh well, at least the dog had a very good opportunity in a very nice house. We bought it all kinds of clothing, leashes, took it to the groomers repetitively, so it smelled good and gave it the love that a dog really deserves so we did our part. I don’t think they gave credit to us at all and they have some sort of mindset that we’re bad people because we couldn’t handle the dogs behavior. Hopefully that sweet little dog find the right home with a little old lady and next time they should never let the dog go with any man or anyone that’s going to have a man in the house. They should’ve known better really… They knew what they were doing. And they knew what we were getting into but we didn’t. 💕🦮🐕‍🦺🐾🐩🐶 we will still continue to volunteer. It’s our way to give back to the lovely dogs and cats that don’t have homes right now.

I was there on Clear The Shelter adoption day. There were volunteers who were helpful through every part of the process which made me feel valued and appreciated. This dog has been adopted!

We now have the best four legged baby boy Corinne had at her place that replaces the baby boy we just lost to cancer.
Couldn’t have found Max (Otto) by myself, God had me drive the 186 miles northwest to see a different pup but found Max instead.
We love our Max
