Jake and his team at Cops direct were great in helping us in the most important way. Without their help we would have not been able to outfit all Officers with IFAX and med bags plus drag stretchers for all cars. We all know budgets and medical supplies don't work. You get what you need, maybe! Cops direct solved this. Cops direct were there to help Department that have little budget for medical supplies. Our department works in a rural community, and it may take an ambulance some time to get to us. This is front line equipment for front line first on scene to help. What we received from cops direct and tacmed will be life savers. The Officers in my department feel a little safer in knowing they have medical supplies for their self, as well as the ability to help others. I will always check with Jake and cops direct first. The help in getting you the product, as well as the information for the Officers on how to use the product, was great. They also help in the process of which is better for your department needs. The Tacmed products are top of the line, this company is no joke. This is the best Police medical supply company out there. Can't say enough on how great and helpful they were.
