That place is something else! There’s always changing you to different case managers, and those new case managers don’t review note or anything! A the psychologist there only do a 15 to 20 minutes evaluation. Which it suppose take 1 hr to 4 hrs, I am looking to go somewhere else ! I rate them a big zero!!!

Cope has been so helpful in assisting me with my M.A.T services as well as my mental health needs,they always get me in and out and the pharmacy in the lobby makes it so convenient to get my meds....

incredibly high turnover rate means i see a different psychiatrist every visit to get the same medications refilled and often they manage to mess it up somehow and i run out of my prescriptions. if you can, go somewhere else.

The NP is horrible. She clearly has no idea what she is doing or talking about. She completely ignores and disregards every issue and symptom I tell her about, so that she doesn't have to pretend she knows anything about it. When I tell her the last doctor's office I went to told me something else about my condition, she said "well idk! I don't have that illness so I wouldn't know!" Then she has these bizarre attitude flare-ups out of nowhere. I tell her I'm having pain and after literally that one sentence she flips out and raises her voice scorns me saying "I need you to be more specific or I can't help you!!" I told her I was having abdominal pain and even pointed to where it was... How much more specific and less vague can it get..? If you need me to clarify more, then do your job and ask questions and probe... You literally only allowed me to get one sentence out before you lost your patience. Nonetheless, I maintained my kindness and professionalism and thanked her on my way out, which she completely ignored just like last time, because she arrogantly sees herself as better than us COPE folks and unworthy of her pleasantries. So now that she just got a copay to completely ignore every problem I told/asked her about... It's literally like talking to a brick wall. Time to find a new healthcare provider. Can't get any worse than this.

Who do we as clients go to when we have people like Lupe treating clients like trash?! Us as clients have no advocates for us. Cope doesn't get their shipment of medicine when us as clients are expecting it and instead of being empathetic and helpful she's RUDE!! I've been here 6 years and her attitude has been the same since day 1. I can see why coaches don't last.
