This place is a godsend for anyone needing physical therapy support. I started going to Connect two years ago after I had my second baby for pelvic floor therapy support. I've continued to come back for support from injuries. The PTs are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and the small atmosphere ensures you get personalized support. More importantly, the broad focus on whole body care has helped put me in a position where I can change daily habits for better outcomes. This is not the place for one-and-done appointments where your underlying problems never change. Connect will make sure you find the root causes of your issues and help you build toward a healthier happier self. Love this place!!!

I attended Carrie's Pilates and CoreAlign classes throughout my second pregnancy. With my kids being 11 years apart, I expected pregnancy in my 30s to be much harder on my body than in my 20s. I’m not exaggerating when I say my second pregnancy was virtually pain free and I had far easier recovery in the months that followed which I attribute to Carrie’s classes. Not only is she an incredible Pilates instructor, but she’s also a highly skilled physical therapist and a go-to resource for anything body- and pain-related. Thank you, Carrie, for sharing your talents and for curating an amazing space with high-quality teachers. I hope more mamas-to-be utilize your classes because the level of care, expertise, and attention were truly a game-changer for me!

I've been a Connect client for several years now after finding Pilates post knee surgery. I keep going back because of how wonderful all the staff and instructors are. As my body ages I find that I seek instructors who watch alignment and correct compensations in my body, and challenge me. In addition to a variety of Pilates classes and virtual classes, Core align (aka friendly torture) is offered. Connect also has a unique offering in that they have physical therapists on site who instruct several classes and offer private PT Pilates. If you are looking for a small studio, with a well rounded offering of classes and great instructors, look no further.

Connect provides service at the personal level. The instructors, therapists, staff, and owners are outstanding. Each person on the connect team shows genuine interest, care, and concern to each person who walks through the door. Instructors provide gentle feedback and challenge your personal practice so you see and feel the results. This place is the best.

I love this Pilates studio... Carrie and her entire team are so sweet, encouraging and incredible role models for fitness and well being. The class sizes are very small which I love and the instructors all provide personal feedback throughout to make sure you are doing everything correctly.

Nancy Gonder is the physical therapist my daughter saw and I highly recommend her. Not only is she talented and educated in her field, but she is also friendly, caring and patient. The exercises were ones that can be done from home, any time and for as long as needed. Scheduling was easy and they were always starting and finishing on time. They have all the equipment, tools and gadgets to help heal and/or stay strong. Hope to join the Pilates classes in the future!

Connects and all the staff are fantastic. I started pilates in July of 2023 and will be a life-long participant. It’s great for skiing and golf with a perfect combination of stretching and strength. More guys should try it. Thanks
