All the things I’ve asked of Angie (studio owner), she’s went above and beyond to assist. Angie and the other instructors have definitely given more to me than I’ve given them. If you’re in the area and you like yoga even just a little bit, the whole vibe of Concrete Yoga is a must-visit, must-experience. From the ambience to the customer service to the quality of peace offered through their yoga classes. Also, the virtual classes are just as great as the in-studio experience for those of you who live far.

First time attending Concrete Yoga in-person for their Candlelight + Live guitar session. It was amazing! Such a great sense of community and belonging! The class was taught by two different instructors so you could enjoy some diversity in movements.
I also do private virtual sessions with Angela & that is SO wonderful! She’s very skilled at yoga therapy and is incredibly insightful. My body feels physically and internally nourished after our sessions.

This studio is great! The community is so inviting and supportive. As a male it can be intimidating to start going to yoga, but I felt at home after the first class.

I enjoy this studio so much that I now have my wife and sister-in-law signed up and attending classes. Soon even my son will be attending the kids yoga party!

The studio is super clean and follows the COVID-19 safety policies to the letter. The studio also has a very unique and beautiful esthetic to it.

The owner Angela is great at personalizing your experience and getting you started with the right classes for your practice. Every single instructor is incredibly knowledgeable and in-tune with everyone in the class

10/10 would recommend to anyone at looking for a yoga studio any level. You will not be disappointed!

I've been to several high-end yoga classes and Angie is bar far the best teacher I've experienced. She has such a passion for the power that yoga has for connection, community, strength and healing. I appreciated the adjustments she helped me to make and her sensitivity to my individual needs as well as the other students in the class. She's so professional and really cares about each class.

Angie I absolutely LOVE your classes. I had not taken a yoga class in years after my Daughters birth and have found your classes to be very refreshing. It started with the classes at BAMC and now your Power Yoga classes on Tuesday and Thursday. I have been doing power yoga with Angie from Concrete Yoga for nine weeks now and I am feeling great. I am able to ride my bike a lot longer than I was able to two months ago. I have gotten a lot stronger and my body is trimming down. I recommend power yoga for anyone who would like to work hard to get in shape. Angie is an incredible instructor and I am so happy that I am doing this life changing workout. THANK YOU ANGIE YOU ARE THE BEST
