I had a random urine early that Monday morning and I went in. The staff was very professional and very fast. I was in and out within 20 minutes so I really appreciate it that they took me in so fast and I was able to go home and go to sleep because I Had been up since 3 AM. Everybody was very friendly. My specimen tech was very quick thank you so much.

I needed a TB test for our school district volunteering program. Concentra was perfect for a walk-in appointment. The front desk staff was friendly and informative; very professional. The Health Technicians were caring and thoughtful. The entire process was very easy. This is a great asset to our Community.

Everyone was very kind. My appointment was at 1. After my vitals were taken I waited in a room to see the doctor for over an hour. I finally the door to ask the nurses how much longer I needed to wait. I was told there were 2 people to see the Dr. ahead of me. Another hour wait, they said. Only 1doctor was on & he was behind’s because he’d been in a meeting. The nurse offered me snacks.
About ten minutes later, the Dr. came in. He asked me a few questions, listened to my heart & lungs & looked in my mouth. It all took 5 minutes. A long wait for a very short visit w/ a Doc.
Again, everyone was kind but I still don’t know if I passed the physical.

The wait time was a bit much, and the lady at the front desk could have been a little more friendlier, but the person I dealt with in the back was awesome! She was friendly and made me feel at ease! All in all it was a good experience.

Rohnert Park Concentra has greatly improved their bed side manner and their efficiency
With patient flow. I really apt he staff. The Santa Rosa Concentra is the worst place to go for care!

Staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs despite time restrictions and did so with a smile! And team members worked together to make sure no one went into overtime. I was able to complete everything in 30 minutes! Much thanks to all staff for a wonderful experience despite the time constraints!

Arrived 10:40 for a self pay DOT physical.My appointment was for 11:00. Filled in the mandatory text and turned that in by 11:00. Called in 11:30, done with tests by 11:45, then put in an exam room. No one communicated with me until 13:45. No communication whatever. Then when the physicians assistant comes in, she complain that the room is hot. I reply that it is hot because I had been left in there for 2 hours. Without even the slightest apology, or remorse, she replies “ Yeah I know.” Then proceeds to argue with me about the DOT physical. Avoid this location and chain at all costs.
