I’m from Austin but was in the area for a DPS appointment. I was on the hunt for an antique shop. I came across this cool little place. The owner was very welcoming and respectful. He showed us around the store and even offered us some tea. They have their dog at the shop as well. I forgot her name but she’s very sweet and is very treat motivated! 🙂 There’s a little bit of everything here. The place smells so good lol. They also have a bunch of handmade soaps. I’m currently using the collagen face bar. Which is great! It’s been helping rid my acne. I’d definitely recommend this shop.

This one may take some time. Lots to find, a bit aggressively priced on certain niche items like a 300.00 cracker jar, but averages a little high on some things but many varieties of items to find. Worth your stop!

The shop keeper creeped me out. On a weekend roadtrip, i had been stopping at a lot of antique stores. When i walked in he asked if i was looking for anything in particular, and i said no i was just browsing. When i started walking through the store i noticed that most of the stuff was fake antiques or the kind of shoppy stuff you could find a hobby lobby, but still with a couple cool old things mixed in. Sometimes these stores are laid out like this and they have more funky random vintage stuff as you get deeper, so i kept walking through. Right when i saw something that made me pause and reach for the price tag, the shop keeper stormed up to me and said “you sure are going through the store fast for someone who isn’t looking for anything in particular.” I told him i hadn’t seen anything that caught my eye yet. I don’t know if he was accusing me of something or what was going on. He then proceeded to hover over me asking questions and watching me really intently, so i just made me out of the store as soon as i could

Omgosh...if I had 5 days I couldn't see everything in this great shop..friendly guy and his sweet dog, Daisy 🌸 Got good deals, thank goodness I looked up at the stop light to see this place as we were driving from College Station to Dallas .. will definitely come back

What a nice place full of personality and history! It's that kind of store that makes you wish you lived there, full of very interesting vintage stuff (I was impressed by the numerous old Nascar memorabilia) and the place itself contains a lot of southern essence in every corner. From Frenchman who constructed the building, to the still in place structure that served as a bank (huge vault included!) you can spend hours and hours scouting through a vast collection of interesting items. Worth your time!

I love this store. My husband and I drive in from New Caney Texas just to go there. Owner is so sweet, kind and helpful. I have gotten most of everything for my walls in my new house from there. Also found wonderful give for all of the girls in my wedding there. Can't wait for our next visit.
