Second time they have tried to charge me HOA fees that I paid when I closed on my house. Their website is very minimalist. You really cant find any info on it and the physical address on the website is wrong. I have not been able to get in touch with James Arthur the head of my HOA in the 2 years I have lived here. They are not doing anything beneficial for the neighborhood but are continuing to charge fees and even overcharge.

I wish I could give this poorly operated HOA ZERO STARS. They are absolutely terrible. I don't know how they even continue to operate. They do not respond at all.. absolutely worthless.

Poorly managed and misuse of HOA funds... Repairs are cheap, hastily done, completed by unqualified contractors and in the long term end up costing the HOA residents more money...
