I even watched them interact with the guests and it was nice to see how much they care about helping them and being able to relate in conversation in order to leave the guest happy and business coming. If I could rate lower I would. The staff was very rude to me and even though they had two clerks only one was helping the line. I was next in line and the man in front of me was going to be a while as he was having trouble with his online account. I politely asked the other clerk who wasn't with a customer about a notary as I knew they would have to call someone up to help me. A woman behind her rudely said "you are gonna have to wait" with no smile or other politeness. I continued waiting 5 more minutes before the clerk I'd originally asked explained why I was waiting. Rude.

Edit: the woman who was rude to me was the Assistant Branch Manager who also turned out to be the notary.

My husband and I have banked here almost two years, from the time we moved into Huntsville. We went in to try and get an auto loan recently through them (both of us have good credit) and the Loan Officer told us that we didn't have good enough credit. When I showed her our scores on CreditKarma, she rudely said that "CreditKarma isn't reliable", then said in a very impatient tone, "this is just our loan process so.... yeah". I have literally never had a problem anywhere else with CreditKarma being wrong. When I added my father as a co-signer (who has a credit score of almost 800) she gave me insanely high rates with a massive down payment. She asked if we had to have the truck we picked out, and then attempted to look up other vehicles for us which I personally found rude. It isn't her job to find my vehicle, it's her job to provide the loan to pay for the vehicle I want. I called USAA and we received a loan approval within 10 minutes, without having to use a cosigner, and with amazing rates. I wouldn't recommend this Community Service Credit Union if you are needing anything other than a checking account.

Every time you have an issue, you have to call a National number…you are hold for obscene amounts of time. Today, I had to waste my lunch because I was on hold for 1 hour and 41 minutes because they decided to update their systems. This ain’t the first time. One time, I had a lost/stolen card. Again, I was on hold for over an hour!!! During CoVid, when other businesses and banks opened their lobbies, they kept theirs closed. The only way to talk to someone was through the 1800 number and never through a direct dial to the branch! I need a bank that has better customer service!!! Don’t go here because you won’t get it. I tried to give them a chance but the have blown it.
