Called to ask if they helped with rental assistance since their business popped up in the google search and the lady who answered the phone acted annoyed when she said no as if she’s tired of people calling to ask. I dont know maybe it’s just me but a simple “ no ma’am we do not” would’ve been fine

Wonderful people but i live with my mother in law and I do not get a lease in my name nor utilities in my name. I truly need the help or I wouldn't be there. I know it's rules but there should be something that to allow those that just give their money to a relative and don't have any kind of lease or utilities.

Great place to go to get help with food!!! They will help with utilities if they have funds available. My sister has gotten help from them MANY times

This one of the worse food bank i have ever been to in my life. I dont have proof of my income. Because i work on 1099. I could get no help. For the pubic my butt. They need to change it and say if u dont got a job or just gettin a job. We dont help the down and out. I have 2 job just startin and they wont help. Thank god for the true food banks that care about the people of fort smith. I work and pay my taxes to this state and pay property tases and cant get help here what a joke if they had minus stars they would get a -5 from me

Was denied food for my 2 little girls cause one member of my household had no income.. Hello.. If the person had income and I would not be asking for food.. That is why I was asking cause I was in need of food..
I never new you can be turned away for food. That is why I thought people and business donate food for the poor.. Specially family with small children.. Very disappointed in this agency
