I worked for this company for almost 10 years 8 of those years I was a supervisor. I was a supervisor at the Day Program a program that had little to no direction but I was forced to know what the direction of where the program was going when my supervisors didn't understand that task. I was constantly targeted by my supervisors I even reported the targeting and why I felt this way only for that supervisor to be told what I had spoken to her boss about. Now I'm an ex employee with them that had a 401k with through these guys and no one within the company what's to give me information about my 401k. This company is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Worst company ever! Do not work here and please, please do not send your loved ones here in need for "services". They have absolutely no compassion and no integrity. When you actually work and provide your best self to them and the company they dismiss you, they seem to promote the people who do nothing and punish the people who actually work. I was lucky enough to have a few direct supervisors who were great but other than that this company as a whole is beyond toxic. Stay away, very far away!!!!!!

The most horrible place to work at. What's funny is that they pay Per diem's $14.00 to stay while Full and part timers get $11.50 to $11.75 an hour. So they screw the Full and part time staff in order to try and keep the per diems. Their is no room for growth and they will even fire you over the littlest thing such as speeding or driving normal on a highway. Also the Staff is very bias, rude and often times insensitive. Which is why that company doesn't even have standards and I wouldn't even put my own family in their care. I use to work for them and they let me go for something that is so stupid but very common sense.

I was hired here , did my training then worked a few nights . I do not recommend this company ! They make you do the training on your own time for relias without pay . Then i had trouble getting my pay check from them ! My first 2 pay checks i had to call and ask them to print me out one because i never received payments and another was just never given to me hopefully i don’t have to call the labor board

These people are really bad to work for. Especially their HR leadership who is very unqualified and unskilled. I feel like HR leadership should probably be replaced altogether. Most of upper administration is very cliquey with HR however so that probably won't happen any time soon. There is a lot of nepotism and favoritism occurring at CRI from what I witnessed while working for this company. That is why I would strongly encourage staff not recommend working for this company at all. They don't treat their staff well at all which costs them lots of high turnover. Especially this is true for staff at the entry level who obviously aren't worthy of ever joining HR, upper administration and their elite social cliques.

Managed and worked in the Day Program for 9 years was let go while out on FMLA due to a missed training on relias which was completed but the system surprisingly did not recordπŸ€”πŸ˜‚.

I complained all throughout covid which
they ignored several mandated health regulations and supplied the YADP with horrible staff.Nepotism from Leadership
like Cyrus hiring his family and friends and ignoring complaints about them was plain unlawful

Worked for CRI for 1 year opening a house with 3 guys. I had 9 supervisor changes in that 1 year and was treated like a burden to them for trying to advocate for my guys. I ended up getting let go for making a mistake on one of my staffs timesheet, which I corrected before it went through to payroll!

The real reason they let me go was because my guys at the house were progressing so well that they were probably going to drop their LON score, which determines how much funding they receive.

I keep in contact with the guys, and since I’ve been gone they have removed a lot of the programs I set up to help the guys gain independence, and are now treating the guys like second-class citizens again.

The administration for this company is the most two-faced, backstabbing bunch I have ever came across. They have zero care about humans and their needs, all just dollars and cents to them.

I would not recommend anyone work for this agency, in fact, I think the administration as a whole should not be allowed to work in the human services field.

Sad, some of the best people I have supported in my career, and they deserve, and are capable of so much more if an agency would take a person-centered approach and allow them to grow.
