This place is an absolute joke. They were in the school so my son started to see a counselor. But then he left after only a few months. So a new counselor started to see my son, she left after only a few visits cause she was promoted, Understandable. His new counselor was ok at best. I never got the feeling she actually cared for the well being of my son. She is very cold and never communicated well with me. Amanda Thayer stated she needed to start billing me but neglected to tell me they don’t take private insurance. Now I have a 700 bill for only 2 hours of sessions. If I would have known they didn’t take any insurance but Medicaid, I never would have kept going. When I asked to speak with Amanda, the front desk was snotty to me and said they emailed her. I left and sent an email myself and got a response over an hour later. No respect for time. No wonder this place has such a low rating. I hope this lowers it more.

PLEASE never go here! Ive been going here for over 5 years and had nothing but wrong experiences. I don’t even know where to start. My appointments are able to be called up and cancelled by family members even though the front desk has put 3 large alerts to not allow anyone access, they look at it and disobey it, so my therapy and doctor get pushed out weeks further when I reschedule. My appointments also aren’t guaranteed! I just made an appointment with Christy the front desk lady at 9a 2/22 and it disappeared from thin air! All I got told is “we can’t take someone’s appointment.” No! If you’re double booking and it’s your fault, the other person is called up to reschedule. (I’ve had it happen to me many times if I’m accidentally booked second). Dr F does not listen to my physical and mental side affects to medication. I was reporting pretty bad physical side affects and he said we’d talk about changing it possibly next time. My therapist went in my file and saw his notes only say “patient is reporting no side effects”. How irresponsible and negligent. This has happened numerous times. The front desk is unorganized and your appointments, needs, notes, and privacy will NOT be respected. I do not have many other resources that I can afford, but I am going elsewhere after only receiving unprofessionalism and disrespect for years.

Every new physiatrist I get is only there 4 3-4 months & then they leave without notifying me & my meds then never get refilled which is unacceptable. At this rate I'm going 2 end up in the emergency room cause of these incompetent people.

These people saved my life! I’ve been going for 16 months and have had superb, compassionate care at all times. I’ve had individual and group therapy and have been extremely pleased. If you’re ready to do the work, they have excellent guides for your journey.

My therapist is no longer at this facility which really stinks! Anyone that had a therapist for a long time period knows how I feel.
I know there are great people there. It will take a bit of time to find another one. Good People! ; )

Lost my evaluation records. They’re impossible to get in contact with over the phone, I’ve called dozens of times waiting for someone to pick up while on hold but I’ve never gotten a response.

As a Higher functioning patient I often felt less prioritized than the severly ill. Though triage is a common practice in medical situations where the staff is overwhelmed by the number of patients. as a standing patient monthly-bi monthly sessions with a therapists hardly do me anygood and the policy of requiring therapy with medication doesnt really serve the higher functioning patients like me who are able to keep jobs. The front desk staff is often snarky and throws up walls of red tape surrounding notes for the workplace and have no willinging ness to help much beyond the scope of sceduling your next apointment and whatever else they do on the computers. There is one lady, older who is soft spoken and kind. She is exempt from my complaints

Called twice ahead of time NEVER ONCE did they say their intake was full so I wasted gas and they don't seem to care. Unprofessional and unable to answer my questions I will never return, not that they ever even offered services
