A very pleasant experience with Harry and the team over with community lands! I’ve had some terrible land buying experiences with other companies in the past which made me nervous reaching out but that instantly went away with the service harry gave me! They provided everything I asked for including all records even down to contractors info for building needs! I’d recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat! They truly make your land buying experience wonderful.

So far it has been 4 months I had had nothing but a wonderful experience. Harry has been nothing but kind and supportive helping me through every step. I do own 2 restaurants having 12 employees have been hard on me financially but this have given me a path to land ownership

Had a great experience buying a property with them in Dutchess county. This is not my first land purchase so I knew what to expect and can say with certainty this was my easiest land transaction. Worked with Ryan at Community Lands to buy a new property. I found them through Land Watch and then noticed on their website they had many properties available. I was so glad to see they had several properties of interest, and I contacted them. They were prompt to reach out and help me find the right property. I went to the property to check it out before the purchase, and then decided that property #2 on my list was just what I was looking for. I was surprised to find that it was still available, and knowing it wouldn't last long, I budged and went for it!

During the process, I realized I was entering my payment info on their website incorrectly (had used my work address, not my home address), so I called and they helped make sure I was able to successfully process the deposit, which helped a lot.

I am very happy with the personal attention to ensure I was able to secure the property, even after several calls and emails, they were always responsive and very easy to work with. Ryan is great! I highly recommend them, and I will be buying many more properties from them. Great low down payment, and easy monthly terms. Can't say enough... Thanks again!
