We were totally satisfied with the care of the nurse, staff and
message presentation from the doctor. The doctor took ample time with us. Cancer is not something to be happy about at the stage it is in. We were shown the Pet Scan and the lab report for a better understanding. We also asked for copies and received them.

Very efficient and kind Nurse & PA. I was so impressed. I was in Palisade visiting my grandkids and became sick. Tested positive for influenza A. Given great supportive care & advice . I think the PA was Annette, my head hurts so bad I couldn’t concentrate. But she was wonderful and I wanted her to know that. Great care!

Dr. Tiffany Smith is the best doctor my family and I could ever ask for! Her attention to detail, and her warm and compassionate way she addresses every health issue my family and I have had, is amazing! We are very happy with the quality of care that we receive from Dr Smith. I am so thankful that God led us to this amazing doctor! The office staff is awesome also. They're always very kind and helpful! If you want a doctor that will do everything that she can to help you and go above and beyond, then you need to go to Dr Smith!

Yesterday on February 24th I was discriminated against about my disability. The charged nurse treated me like an ingrate. She laughed at me and rolled her eyes when I collapsed in complete exhaustion and hyperventilating. Told her I am bed bound and house bound and can't walk as far as she was demanding. She forced me too anyway. Was treated like a drug addict, when I was just desperate for help. First treatment didn't work, felt worse, went back. Was refused any treatment at all . Was told I didn't have an emergency when I was in the worst crisis of my life, crying and begging for help. Dr told me he didn't care then I was escorted off the property by security. Never cussed or raised my voice. Never threatened anybody. It was a completely traumatizing experience and I pray no one has to go through what I went through.

Unfortunately, I am a "frequent flyer" at Community Hospital. The staff are always pleasant, helpful and most often on time. I've been a patient in many hospitals both in Colorado and New York I'm impressed by the demeanor by all of the Community Hospital's employees that I've encountered over the past 3 years. A happy staff speaks loudly ! As a 6 time cancer survivor and former medical professional, I know how much the "little things" mean to patients. I highly recommend Community Hospital in Grand Junction Colorado !

ER seems pretty useless on top of the fact that every time I have a family member go in there’s an issue. Mother in law goes in for extreme fatigue and a good bit of pain, but they don’t do labs for everything she’s had a history for? Like obvious issues that could be sent to her primary care (since it was 4-6 am and she had slept four days pretty strait) and pretty sure she has the portal with Community. So what’s the issue? What is the point of the ER? And it should have been noted she was on oxygen so if she wasn’t going to a room with oxygen something should have been sorted out before we had to wait ages on the (possible) one doctor. Now waiting a good bit for discharge because it’s shift change. That’s one of the laziest excuses next to being short staffed. Everyone is short staffed and shift changes have existed for a long time. On top of the fact a few years ago my husband and I could have and should have filed a lawsuit for his miscare. And yes his care was noted by a head nurse and nothing happened. Go to Saint Mary’s.

Edit after being released: many comments about uncertain causes. You guys didn’t try anything so of course it’s uncertain.

We have been patients of Community Hospital going back to their days on 12th St.
Majority of our doctors are associated within the hospital as well.
Both my husband and I have received excellent care with our stays at Community as well as outpatient surgeries.
Very nice oncology facility and the care I have received is excellent as well.
Biggest negative is the lab and losing doctors orders consistently. Such a waste of time having to have them call to get them from the doctor.

Went for PFT. Shirley was awesome. Everyone at Community Hospital had been so nice and welcoming. I’m very happy we chose CH as our go to place.
