I had an appointment for my two sons, and the M.A. Simone C. was very helpful and patient with my babies. It was rough handling them but she came to my rescue. EVERY VISIT, she’s my helping hand. THANK YOU.

I waited several months out for an appointment. I called a week before just to confirm and when I arrived the day of my appointment, I was then told someone cancelled me without any notification. Horrible service!!!!!!!!!

*Sharmai Richardson* THE MANAGER AND THE WORTS PERSON IN THIS ENTIRE FACILITY , RUDE HUMAN doesn't care about patients health care in a rude way , Inhumane is only kind to black people, discriminating against Hispanics, The only positive thing here is the new girl at the front desk who is friendly and who was in the old clinics. She is the only redeemable thing. The rest is an immaculate, beautiful building, but the administration is complete garbage and should not be dedicated to caring for the health of the community.

Some of the lab techs need to take their job seriously they sit in the room while people are waiting to be called for the blood work. They are laughing and talking in each other face not working efficiently.

Horrible service !!! They never sent the medication to the pharmacy and its been a WEEK now. long period of wait on the phone and rude receptionists. They use to be in a small location and now they are in a big location but its useless the service is still bad. I will call my insurance to change doctor.

Horrible service. You get there on time, you have to wait an hour to see a doctor even if you have an appointment.. You get there late and they give you a grace period that they don't acknowledge.. But meanwhile when the doctors have an appointment with you, on video they don't even show up, they don't bother to call.. Staff is rude as hell. Looking for a new PCP

Had a phone call with a rude nurse just trying to make an appointment. Then I was not informed of their new address at ALL, so I went all the way to the Sutphin location even though it’s now CLOSED. I got to the new location (late of course) and then it was “up to the provider” whether I could be seen or not. Luckily the provider said they would still see me, however I had to go through rude staff to get here while trying to deal with a sensitive issue. EXTREMELY unprofessional and I will be considering going to a different clinic entirely.
