Great for emergency food services. They are really helpful and made sure we were taken care of. They have a good account of frozen meats, fresh vegetables, and canned and dried foods too. It was a diversified distribution of foods. I am grateful for the volunteers who were quite professional and kind.

I was told that I could get some help with food here ... BIG MISTAKE ... The first person I met said yes, we can help, and then the second person wanted to put me to work ... then I told them I had heart problems, and the first person looked me up and down as to judge me ... the second person wanted papers ( I didn't know what she was talking about) ... So NO HELP WITH FOOD AND NOW I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE AGAIN ... SOMEONE NEEDS TO SEE ABOUT THE FREE LABOR THEY ARE TRYING TO FORCE ON PEOPLE ... YOU CAN'T JUST START TELLING PEOPLE WHAT TO DO ... AND DONT OFFER A SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC IF YOUR GOING TO JUDGE AND CHOOSE WHO GETS IT .....I GIVE THIS PLACE A (F)

Go to friends and neighbors for help. Even people on the streets are better than this place. Sorry Woodland Park, for another scammer in your beautiful town...

Judged by the car I own not the need I had for food. and pet food. I am completely broke. He yelled at me. I was humiliated. It was hard enough to go. How awful!! I spinal cord surgery. I have been off work for 3 months. Next time I will crawl and put mud on myself.

I was spoken to incredibly disrespectfully by an elder gentleman who checks people in. I had never been there before, and he literally had me in tears. I’ve never been in this situation before, and he made me feel even more sad for being there. The women in the kitchen were kind. But most of the food is expired when they give it to you.

Some of the staff are very stern and come off rude at times. They need people working there that really care and understand that some of us are hurting, hungry and need toiletries and other items besides just food. And please try and get rid of a lotvof the bad produce, old bread and out of date canned goods. I just don't think they would want a lot of what they sometimes send us home with. They give us a lot of random things a lot of times we don't really want or need. They should ask us a little more what we do need. I get so many bad vegetables and old bakery items I wish they had just gotten rid of instead of us having to throw it all away. And please, get help that cares and is compassionate and friendly. A smile and a kind words goes a long way.

Today was the most amazing Christmas surprise, while walking thru City Martket with my children two days before Christmas, A Grinch! And lovely women walked up to us and handed us $40!!! So humbled and thankful, we thanked them. I stated that I was an Iraq Veteran and that means so much to our family and just how grateful we were for the kindness....when all of sudden she handed us a $100!! I could of started crying right there! I know these are trying times, but its tiny acts of kindness like that, that really makes all of this worth it!! From our family, thank you for your kindness, generosity, your love and commitment to our community! Merry Christmas! The Canals

God has his angels working for his glory. Amen
May God bless this charitable organization and all who work there. For a lady who was in a grinch costume was blessing people with envelopes full of cash while they were at the City Market. Well blessed be His Holy name, for we were blessed and told her God bless you and the Holy Ghost came over her and she teared up. I feel the same when helping the homeless. It makes me cry. Let us all remember that non of us are any better than anyone else and Jesus Christ had not a place to rest his head. Be kind to all and love like Jesus. Amen
