They watch their phone ring. I work nights so I stayed awake one morning until they opened to schedule an appointment with them by phone. I was really tired tried calling for 30 min then decided to make the drive into town and find someone in person. When I arrived the lady was helpful and asked me to wait for the person I needed to speak with. While I waited I decided to see just how loud the phone actually rang so I dialed the number again it was quite and the lady just watched it ring until I'm assuming the automated operator picked up.
