THIS PLACE SAVED MY AUNTS LIFE!! I will be forever grateful for the fantastic care she received. They did so awesome that she is going home next week!! I used to run skilled nursing facilities so I know what good care is (and bad care) - Community Care exceeded in all aspects. The nursing staff was exceptional starting with their director Shauntee. I was concerned at first with a locked facility with limited visiting hours but was quickly put at ease by the compliments my aunt gave the place. I stopped by (semi-urgent) visit one evening and couldn't believe it - it was like a party - everyone was out watching movies, popcorn, laughing, it was more fun than my house! If you are considering Palm for a loved one - talk to Jackie the social services director and you will be put at ease. Jackie was my aunts favorite and I a see why - the care she has for each resident is so apparent. You know when you go to a business and you meet an employee and they just seem to be the perfect fit for the job - well that's Jackie. She was born to serve in healthcare. Go for a tour - you will not be disappointed!!
Ps. the facility's grounds are so beautiful - it's like a park not like your typical nursing facility.

CCOP!!!!! was my second home for 10years, the staff there were my family. Just like any other facility we had our ups and downs but! just like in a close net family we over came a lot of obstacles. I loved working with the residents there , their challenges were my challenges. The staff gave these residents the best care possible. Although these residents would have been rejected from our society we tried to always give them a place that made them feel safe and at home. So to all the staff at CCOP I take my hat off to you all, may God continue to give you the knowledge and the strength to continue to take care of those residents who's challenges are far more greater than yours, and may you come to realize that the job you are doing is NOT just a job, you were sent there as angles to watch over and take care of God's children. Continue to give them love and most of all know that you are loved as well.

My mom has only been here a short time. The patients seem well cared for, and the facility is nice and clean. The staff is helpful and attentive.

Been going for awhile visiting an family brother friend and he loves it there and staff are always always kind and helpful. Good place for Mom, Brother,Sister etc. Thank you hero's during this pandemic.
