Dr. Lori Fay is absolutely wonderful!
My visit with her was in an Urgent Care office. She was very caring and thorough with all the tests she ordered to rule out many possibilities. I felt like she really cared about my health.

Everyone from the front desk to the Dr. we're very nice and professional. Iwas called back in a little under 15 min. Got weighed and vitals taken abrought to a room and the Dr. came in within minutes and ran a couple tests, I felt awful could barely hold my own head up , the Dr said if I would be more comfortable waiting for the results at home I could go and shed call me with the results. So I'd and she must have called about20 min after I got home. I have been told that more times than not from other places. We'll call you when we get the results. 2 days later. I'm still trying to find somebody on the phone to tell me something, so I was very appreciative, as he did what they said, and they got back to me in a very timely manner, and all is well

The care provided by reception, initial patient care, formal patient care, and x-ray personnel was very professional and personal. The team was very responsive, really wish they were in Montrose. The team was worth the drive!

Unfortunately, it’s obvious these “professionals” need more educated and seasoned supervision OR more training as a whole. My daughter, who is six years old, was not numbed fully before the nurse started slicing her fingernail off with a scalpel. She had slammed her finger in the car door, inevitably breaking her finger and destroying her fingernail. She was not numbed fully before being sliced. She was complaining of the pain, but the nurse insisted she must be fine because she wasn’t showing signs of enough pain to administrate more numbing. Um… big mistake. After demanding a supervisor, more numbing was administered (and I mean A LOT MORE). She also was given stitches not meant for a child’s small, delicate fingers. She should have been given dissolving stitches or even glue to cover the wound left behind from her fingernail removal, but instead she was given actual sutures.. which caused her so much more pain and distress. My poor daughter had to be put UNDER ANESTHESIA to have those stitches removed! The staff at community hospital was so concerned, due to the fear my child had to even let her finger be touched by a doctor. This accident of an innocent child not paying attention to her hand placement, turned out to be a very unnecessary and avoidable traumatic incident on behalf of urgent care staff. Thankfully the Doctor at Community took initiative to contact and educate all Urgent Cares in the valley on proper medical care and attention, specifically aligned with sutures and pain management when a child is involved. I hope no other child falls victim to similar negligence in the valley, specifically from this practice.

All were very nice & polite. Even on the day after Christmas. I'm sure they would rather be home with family... but yet there they were... waiting to help those in need.
THANKFUL!!! Still broke but not any worse 🙃!

I went to Urgent Care to get my eye looked at and when I arrived I was checked in really quick. I only had a few people ahead of me and then they started piling in after I sat down. Luckily I got seen really fast and was checked for anything wrong with my eye. I was happy to hear that there was no scratch and it wasn’t pink eye!! Just some irritation:) the nurse practitioner that helped me was friendly and helpful. Also very funny, great bedside manner. Will definitely come back and would recommend.
