Went today to shower while traveling in Nashville.
The people treated me nice, it's a homeless church/shelter, the showers are "grungy" but free, so if you need to get clean, call or go there and wear some flip flops in the shower room.
To the people there - thank you for letting me to come there and get a warm shower.
I'm now clean and funk free!
Gratitude!
God Bless! 😄

A warm shower makes all the difference. I don't understand how more cities can't accommodate places like this in their budget.

I called for help and a guy named Smitty answered he was very rude. I felt like I was bothering him. I've never had to ask for help and am already hard on myself. The last thing someone who needs help should have to deal with is someone being mean. After his rudeness I still thanked him for his time just to be hung up on. I hope this man finds the compassion needed to do his job. If this was my organization I wouldn't want him to be the voice people call for help.
