My step dad is an 84 yr. Living in a Mobil home park. He now receives 24 hour care. He no longer is physically able to work on repairs or pay for the help and appliances needed. There are no other means to pay.for assistance.

CAP has come to our rescue, we have been with them a few years and had help with roof that had been leaking. We had gone two winters without a heater until CAP replaced. We got a new refrigerator, new shower heads, fire alarm, lighting, a new back door and new kitchen and bathroom floor repair due to water damage. Just last week, our main bathroom floor was more severely damaged than when we first got the report. Our bathroom floor looks brand new, what a fantastic job the CAP team did!

We just wouldn’t have been able to afford all those repairs and appliance purchases.

We were blessed beyond anything imagined and wish we could compensate the organization. They work with funding issues and they worked hard for our case. Saying thank you just doesn’t seem enough of what we have in our ♥️ hearts. Dell had stood out, we got to see him the most. He was a joy to have him return. We were educated and never made to feel guilt or shame for needing their services. And knowing that others may have not gotten their needs met due to funding and all the work they helped us with. The team every time were so kind and professional.

God love you all and if I was a fairy with a magic wand, all your needs would be met and to each of you who participated in our projects, you’d be heading to Vegas and the first machine you select would be sprinkled with fairy dust! And that machine would be flowing with $$$ to help you make some dreams come true……

Hello just a note to thank Tom Potter and the rest of the staff at CAPSLO in San Luis Obispo for making it possible to transition from living homeless to having a new home. Everyone is so helpful and Tom really showed his commitment to getting us housed quickly by being available literally everyday on the phone and meeting with us at several properties until we found the right match. Thank you again Tom and Floyd, Tanda, and the rest of the crew at CAPSLO for a five star job well done.

I am only commenting on the quality of the work done on my house. Leaky bathtub faucet changed to new but the spigot is still not stable and the on/off nozzle was not installed properly...keeps coming off. Outside and on closer inspection, the work done on my back porch to replace some steps is uneven, shoddy work. Safe? Yes. Done well? No. I'll hire a plumber to redo the work done in my bathroom. Eventually, the back steps will be redone as well. Sorry to leave this review.

There are some groups in this world that genuinely work hard for no other reason than to help people in need. This is one of the best examples of that. CAPSLO helps people in our community of all ages from all walks of life. I've had the pleasure of working with them only once but I fully intend on offering my time and donations again and again.

What a great bunch of people to work with. From the beginning when I first inquired all the way till the end up to this point. Katerina was very diligent in following through and kept reminding me. I held things up but she was so kind and kept giving me friendly reminders (which I needed)! When the crew Showed up to do the work I think there were 4-5 guys so it went fairly quick. They replaced the vanity light fixtures in the bathrooms, new bulbs through the house, motion sensored power strips at all tv's, new shower heads, new sink screens, filter for the furnace, window and door stripping, low flow toilet accessory, new lighting fixtures in bedrooms and hall, motion sensored lights for outside, and they took my glass sliding door to get the glass replaced. I had to get a New/used slider because a rock hit it while a friend was mowing my yard. Everywhere I called they quoted me around $500 give or take to replace the glass. Well, I settled with a used one from Habitat, but it was slightly bigger and it didn't but up close enough to the other piece of glass so there was a breeze that came in.. One of the gentleman made a phone call after asking if I had the original door still and said, he would take it to get it fixed for me,so I won't have any issues with the breeze. I think that's the only thing I'm waiting on. Very respectful group of guys that even swept up after themselves. Thank you very much for everything and thanks for doing a great job!

As a client really bad its always hard to have my son in this childcare they always have preference.. and for the main office you even speak to the person uncharged with the application you go straight to voicemail
