This used to be an easy to access program for utility assistance. What happened?The app is no longer being used. Now they have a link to schedule an appointment but there are either no appointments available or if you're lucky they may have one day open that's nearly two months away. How is this helping anyone to prevent the power from being shut off? It has become an unusable and unavailable service that's not helping Jefferson County residents. WHY?

They tell you that the Line going to be open at a certain time but they're not even online 😭

It gives you the wrong address when it call and verify your appointment. Then when you finally get there they make you reschedule. Its hard enough to reach out for help then you get treated like a dog. I hope whoever is over this does something about it

Have tried to receive LiHeap assistance from them since Sept., 2023. "No appointments available " is all I ever get.
And I call DAILY.
