So far everything I've eaten is delicious and the waiters and waitresses are all nice and resorts full. It's always packed ant that tells you something. Kid friendly and plenty of parking.

Honestly This particular branch should be authented
I called monday morning at 9
I would say i've called at least one hundred times to schedule an appointment
As well as going on the internet
The appointments must be only open for A few moments sometime early monday morning
Joyce would not say clearly , but she said people do it every week
I ask questions that were not directly answered
I've called multiple Mondays And said I could not get An appointment
They're not open on Sunday and every time I call whenever they're open Monday morning.The appointments have already been booked for an entire week so it has to be some time between closing friday and early morning monday
There must be some way to have this place audited to see exactly Exactly how many times the same people have had their bills paid
I would honestly like people to start calling and question This establishment and I would like to have someone ordered it like the doge team
Please help me support this effort!

I EXPLAINED MY POWER was turned off
All my food was ruined
I have photos of EXPENSIVE things being delivered to this NONPROFIT.
I honestly believe they help people that kickback too them-
There is no way it is that difficult to get an appointment
Someone is telling these people EXACTLY when to call .
This should be investigated and the public has a right to know WHO is getting assistance AND HOW often

We should know how much each person that leaves reviews gets and how many TIMES
CHILDREN AND ELDERLY already should be getting assistance
What about others that are down on their luck and just need a small power bill paid once in a few years?
This is FRAUD- somehow, we must get to the bottom of it.

Take them to long find out what you come there for when you ask questions and they never help you with your problems they just help there friend's out with bills and etc.

My mother, who is elderly and disabled, went to this place for assistance with her utility bill. The location closer to her, was closed. They were sending people to a place in a VERY BAD neighborhood for their appointments. Upon arriving, my mother was told, by the security guard that, “If she wanted to get a spot, she would need to show up between midnight and 2a.m. to get a spot in line.” Who tells an old woman that she has to show up that late, in the hood, to get desperately needed help?! This place is a scam. They have made appointments for her, then when she arrived to her appointment, told her she didn’t have one. They are not there to help people and obviously lack compassion.

Well I had and appointment and I had a few dollars left on my bill I am on prepaid electric bill so she gave me $320.00 and come to find out the other person got 700 dollars and I don't think she is Wright about that it all I am saying everybody should be totally equal and also went to the light house to use united health care and they say they are not taking that's so what's the purpose of it all if you don't help people's that need it

Front receptionists was nice. I had an appointment scheduled and the person who was supposed to do my printing late and slightly rude. The process was quick when I got called back. I wish the customer service was consistent.
