ER will quote you a price that is 1/3 of what the bill will be. $3500 for 8 stitches? That’s with insurance btw. The stitch removal process was also a joke, the First Lady ( not a nurse) wanted to rip the scab off my finger nail bed to see if any stitches were under the scab. I told her to get her boss. The nurse came in and said, no! Do not remove that scab. She took over and apologized. Jesus, glad I stopped the first lady.

The main hospital is a joke. Appointments made are not kept. Just avoid this place if you can.
I will bleed to death driving to Denver if I need care.

While putting Common Spirit in Google maps. I noticed that some of the reviews we're not so good for them. Seeing that, I need to tell my story. I'm 67yrs old in Feb I bought a motorcycle then proceeded to drop it on my ankle breaking it in three places. Living 50 mi. away I was transported by ambulance to Common Spirit. I was seen by Dr. Hernandez in the ER. Being a X Air Force combat medic MyCare was excellent I know. But wait story doesn't end there. That day the hospital was totally full, my surgery was scheduled next morning. I had no one who could take me home. I live alone Dr. Hernandez said let me see what I can do. Contacted his church which came and brought me to a hotel, paid for the room.Cause You see in the confusion and pain, I didn't realize my wallet was still on the motorcycle. In the morning 8:00 a.m. a pastor picked me up for surgery. I am so thankful and grateful frankly in shock at that moment for what was done for me." I will never forget it". Saying Thank you superficial to me my surgery went extremely well Dr. Keller my orthopedic surgeon is awesome put me back together as planned his staff for his office are the best. I would rate Common Spirit, St Elizabeth Hospital a zillion Stars but they won't let me 5 is it 😎 PDS.

~*DON'T USE TELEHEALTH SERVICES!!*~ You'll be charged by an outside company as an ER visit. There's nothing on Common Spirit's website warning of this. If you think you're saving time and money, you're wrong. A 10-minute virtual consult with a physician's assistant was billed as $826.

My mother has been in this hospital a couple of times and I have nothing good to say. Living in Fort Morgan she refuses to go to this Hospital and goes 10 miles away to Brush if hospital care is needed.
To many complaints to note.

My husband was transferred to this facility from our local hosp. as he was needing some testing that we were not able to due here. There are not enough thanks that I can give to the entire facility. From the nurses that treated us like were family, listening to our concerns and acting on them, to the Surgeons, Dr. Manchester is outstanding. He was there the night we arrived, always keeping us updated on what was transpiring, to his recommendation on what needed to be done. Always explaining in terms that were very easy to understand. Dr. J that did the actual surgery also with Dr. Manchester there. The cleaning lady that won our hearts, Sophia. The meals were well prepared and very good (especially for hosp. food). I am highly recommending St. Elizabeth to everyone that asks and some that don't ask. My husband is now recovering back in our local hosp. We live an hour away, so having him there was so helpful. I have also heard many compliments with the Ortho. people. I know that if I need any kind of surgery, this is where I am going. Thanks again for everyone that touched our lives.

I wouldn't go here if I was bleeding out the doctors nurses don't care about you they don't even know what there doing so they'll send you across the state and lie on documents then bill you way over priced there's a reason why everyone in morgan who has kids takes them to brush
