I have called Columbine Apartments my home for over 10 years. My apartment is very spacious with modern appliances. The fairly new windows, siding, and roofs keep the inside nice and dry with plenty of heat and hot water. Regular pest inspections by a top notch company keep the units sanitary.
I enjoy our community 's pleasing landscaping and the very friendly management team. I will definitely recommend Columbine Apartments!

Columbine Apartments are a great place for people to live. It's a clean and safe environment. Playground for the kids,place to BBQ and a pool. It's right next to a school so super convenient to walk kids over every day. For the most part it's fairly quiet and peaceful living.Tracy Ross (Office Manager) helps us all with whatever she can to insure a good place for us😊

I lived in Columbine Apts for 12 years with this same management. During this time, I have had many changes in life, and living. Each time, I was given respect, understanding, and prompt attention to my needed changes. When there were issues with neighbors, there was a balanced approach to help figure it out, even if it took a little extra time to find the answers. The results were correct and made with authority. Repairs were attended to promptly. And working through HUD paperwork has always been helpful and efficient.

Columbine was a god send when I was a single mom with two small children and no where to go, THEY were the only place in town that would help a single mom out. Everyone from management to maintenance was always a huge help to my family and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Columbine was the only reason I was able to put a roof over my kids heads and I will forever be grateful for Tracy and all the others.

I think this is a great team of people.
I am treated with respect. I love my apartment. When I need maintenance there always ready and positive, eager to help in any way they can. I have seen Adam travel here on weekends, after hours. Everyone is friendly.
Tracy has a difficult job, she does the best she can. When ever I need her she's here.
She's on time. Almost always working, weekends, Hollidays, etc. What ever it takes. She truly cares for us all. She never forgets me in any situation.
I am trying to think of things in a different way, I realized that issues I have are personal. I apologize for my behavior.
I am thankful for Columbine. I would highly recommend to anyone. This is my home. Thank you
