They exposed my status to my landlord after telling me nothing would have their name on it. My landlord then tried to abuse me for a year because he used this information to make me do stuff. After explaining this to my case manager they still want me to explain my situation to my employer so I can get a paper for this disgusting scam.

No one should fund this terrible joke. They are stealing government money but not providing the service. Stop wasting money here.

Don't waste your time with these people. You may or may not get any response or communication from your case manager for starters. I tried reaching mine for a week finally called a supervisor who also doesn't return her calls either.
Once I was finally able to get an appointment I arrived 10 minutes early and waited in the waiting area for 30 minutes after that. They said they thought I was taken care of when I asked why my wait was so long past my appointment time.

Do better. Figure it out. Because your communication AND customer service sucks

To be deceived and lied to. Is the hardest thing to me. They give me no hope. Just as the one i loved did. I have hoped and work for help from the people that said they are here to help. I have lost limbs and jobs from the Infection that is a cause from my down fall. I am sad lost sick from the people that said they would help me. Words that I believed would make life seem better than just a dream how wrong for me to believe that there was hope for me I will work til the day I leave and finally free sooner then most I do believe but the day I don't breathe will be OK for me that time in life no one can ever lie to me and then I will be free. Thank you Alberto for letting me see that there is no one there for me but me.

I've been going to Colorado Health Network for a little over 2 years now and have always had a great experience. The staff is really friendly and personal. They are extremely discreet, professional and a staple for the LGBTQ community here in Denver. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good, affordable doctor.

My complaints are that this organization seems understaffed and the case workers/ insurance brokers are too green and un-knowledgeable. They seem to lack training and it's too bad that this place can't keep and provide experienced expert social workers because unfortunately this seems to be the only source of HIV related assistance in the area and there aren't any other options. I've never had many issues with the colorado health network until this year. They had a great caseworker at Denver Health back in the day named Ruth M. who always knew how to help me but now she is gone and they have a temp working there. I don't receive medical care here but they usually help me with SDAP and insurance needs. Nowadays I've been communicating over the phone and email which had been ineffective because it's easier for them to put my needs on the back burner. I recommend that you set up an appointment and see your case worker in person at their offices on Colfax to get anything done.
I'm hoping they can pull it together and get back on track because this is a life- saving necessity for those of us in Denver. If they do better I'll change my rating back to positive in the future.

I had my first visit here the other day and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had going to a doctors office or clinic. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and helpful. The nurse practitioner was great and very friendly as well as professional. It was also pretty quick for everything. Super happy with the results and the staff.

After my physician left his practice I was looking for a new provider. I am so glad I found Randall McDavid and Colorado Health Network. The front office staff was extremely kind and helpful with getting my medical records transferred. Whenever I’ve called the office, I always get a person and not voicemail. They are very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Randall is an excellent provider who greatly cares about his patients. I feel very at ease and comfortable when voicing any questions or concerns that I have. If you’re looking for a new provider, I highly recommended calling Colorado Health Network and getting in to see Randall McDavid. You won’t be disappointed with the level of care you receive.
