Went to CCH cause I had an appointment scheduled. The appointment was made by one of the case workers over 3 weeks ahead of time. When I showed up the case worker had the day off. I never received an apology or even a call to reschedule. Very, Very unprofessional.

I was very disappointed. On Aug 27th I went to the Coalition at 10pm and it was still crowded. On top of that we stayed over night until they opened. 2 ladies came out and gave 8 people a sticky note and the rest of the people had to go home. I feel that this is terrible service of trying to help the homeless. You would think that they would either provide appointment times to see people instead of pushing them away everyday. The Coalition needs to get workers to help these people get assistance. I had to take off work with no pay to go down there. I was there supporting my relative. The Coalition needs to help everyday instead of just on Wednesdays.
