My caseworker was so supportive during my pregnancy and after I had my son she has continued to be in our life's. When I first called for help I was in a place, in my life of not knowing what to do. She made a time to meet up with me and go over all of my options for adoption and also gave me options for deciding to parent. I signed up for one of the referrals that she sent in for me. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had as I am a birth father and they haven’t provided me any resources to help for after adoption I’ve tried to get information from them and it’s like pulling teeth when I ask them a question or for help they don’t answer the question directly they never have for me and when it came to making a paca I asked if they can help me advocate for what I wanted what I felt was fair and right but they told me what I was asking for was so outrageous even tho it was asking for the bare minimum for updates and inperson visits this company says they will advocate for birth parents and adoptive families but that is far from the truth they will do anything to get what the adoptive family wants but not what the birth parents want
