NHF has a good mission but it is poorly executed. Executive Directors typically last 24 months and the search is on for a new one. No experience is required. There is very low moral. Chapter meetings and events are not taken seriously and new ideas are seldom.

We have been part of the NHF CO community for many years now. Under the direction of Amy Board, the board members, and volunteers, we’ve watched this community grow to include numerous outreach programs, infusion trainings, social outings including backpacks and bleeders, a beer festival, education programs, and a NHF CO walk which grows every year. Many of these events originated as suggestions from our NHF CO family.
