Kaitlin was amazing. I am new to Pilates and she provided a very welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. I have back pain that affects my daily life. She took the time to address my concerns and questions while instructing me on the best path forward to help strengthen my body and alleviate pain. Nicole is great! Didn’t make me feel like weird about being new to Pilates. Patient instructor and clear with instructions.

Great studio and lovely staff I enjoyed my first session as a beginner with Celeste. She was amazing and friendly, she explained everything before the class and I felt really engaged and knowledgeable after and will check out more classes or a membership.

Classes with Susan are always amazing. When equipment is missing for everyone, she can alter plans on the fly for a great workout. A beautiful soul with great energy...everytime

Tracy is absolutely amazing! She motivates me every time I take her classes. She’s an inspiration and knowledgeable to the max on form and Pilates. If you want incredible results, atmosphere and a fun workout book one or all of her classes!

I absolutely love my Pilates instructor Celeste. She explains everything she comes and make sure your in proper formation. I love the vocabulary she use. I love the enthusiasm and her voice very encouraging to know that she’s there to help you reach your goal. She lights up the room With her beautiful personality and not to mention her music selection I love the results that I am getting. I feel so much better. She is my favorite ❤️ mentor!

Yesterday was a fantastic first experience at Club Pilates. Celeste is a fantastic instructor and explained everything beautifully in the intro class. Amber did an amazing job from the first step into the club to all of the explanation of everything about how it all runs etc.Looking forward to my pilates classes!

Kaitlin was amazing! I enjoyed her enthusiasm and the flow of her class. I am at the back of the studio and I was able to hear her instructions clearly Her re-direction and approach was gentle and she followed up with a compliment?and it reassured me I was doing the session correct.
