This review is for preschool in the club I had to give one star because without that I can not write my review. I put my son in this pre school as usual he wasn’t settling down there and teachers were just holding hands and walking not even doing or saying anything to comfort the child. I bought new sleeping bag for my son and they were giving that sleeping bag to their favorite child, I did not know until one day they gave me old and torn up sleeping bag said this is his he was sleeping on it I said I just bought new one ten days ago then my daughter said she saw that red sleeping bag into one of the lady’s hand she headed to parking I ran after her and asked her for the sleeping bag first she said it’s my son’s then I showed her the name of my son written on that bag she said actually he was sleeping on it and I just grabbed and left. That same lady’s son was getting sick frequently school teachers did not ask anything not even about Covid and lady kept bringing child to school, my son got Covid I know he suffered with 103 degree fever for 7 days then the fever came down. Teacher and the head all care about favorite child don’t waste your money, one of the teacher has an attitude issue my son wasn’t even going in her class but she will show you her attitude either your child going to another class.

Being a someone who is currently living in this neighborhood, I can’t really say anything negative about this gym... love it! Employees are nice, facilities are clean, and the workout area is decent. In the summer I really enjoy using the pools here in the neighborhood. The lifeguards are (3-4 of them anyway) on the whole... Down to Earth people! If you live in this neighborhood, definitely use the facilities, pools, tennis courts, and Sports Complex!

Also if you have the time, try out the Swim Teams during the summer! New Territory Tarpons is my go to “home team” *wink*. Baseball is fun! The Soccer & Tennis is also a big recommendation on my side!

What I also like about New Territory: Movies on occasional Friday Nights! Those are always fun to go to! So you gotta go try those out!

Staff is nice and it is a clean facility. However, if you want to do weight-lifting, it is below-average to OK. There is only one squat rack/bench press, which is a smith machine. It is taken 3/4 of the time and you might as well just give up if you come in while someone is on it because they will never get off. Lots of free-weights are rusted and my hands always have some dirt on them after I finish using dumbbells, e-z curl bar, and smith machine. There are only about 9 machines and 2 benches in the dumbbells/free-weight area, so it is extremely difficult to have a consistent weight lifting routine since the machine or just a normal bench that you want is taken most of the time. There are lots of cardio machines and the machine you want is usually not being used, even during peak hours. If I wasn't mainly weightlifting, I would give this place five stars. It is a "free" gym, but you have to remember that your HOA fees paid for the facility. I am glad it is in the neighborhood because it gives me easy access to a place where I can workout. The weightlifting room has lots of room to improve.

Also, I feel that there should be more educational posters in the weightlifting area. Most of the people that come to this gym are casual gym-goers and might be a little higher in age. We all start somewhere and, most of the time, we do not do the movements properly early on. This can (and often) leads to injuries. Injuries in those past the ages of about 40-50 can inhibit weightlifting and/or movement for the rest of their lives. Having proper educational posters closely available for them to read could prevent injury and allow them to continue pursuing fitness.

The Club is convenient when I just want to pop in for an hour workout.

The exercise area is perfect for my needs. Some of the best times to workout on week days are at 5:30am, before the kids let out from school and between 6pm - 8pm.

It's a great recreation center for the community. They have different leagues for children to participate in, along with different workout classes for adults to try out. The place was nice and clean on our visit and they have a complimentary coffee stand. The front desk is very attentive and helpful.

The front desk needs some training, the management of their group exercise classes needs to be better (Club mgmt doesn't announce much or advertise much on changes), and their pool management is so disconnected with their policies. Facility is great, unfortunately, the mgmt and front desk are lax and not very good.

I love it here. I visit my sister and we walk around the neighborhood and also watch the sporting events for the kiddos. Always a great atmosphere. The club is nice also. Just a great place and area to relax...
