If you're looking for a company that values professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail then stay far away from Clinch-Powell.

I had the misfortune to have Susan Eribarne as my contact for the company. She was hostile and combative during almost our entire exchange. To top it off, I’m confident Susan intentionally drug her feet to cause me and ultimately my children to miss a vital deadline which was detrimental to my family. She repeatedly asked for information that I already provided to create numerous and unnecessary emails.

It is a shame that this organization allows their employees to abuse their position and mislead clients who are seeking help.

It is also telling that when I reached out to Susan’s supervisor my inquiry was completely ignored but they were quick to respond to a public review…

They own the home beside us. The property has four trees right at our driveway, that are rotten. We get huge, broken off limbs in our driveway all year long. We have contacted them over five times, and asked them to trim the trees. They said that we could if we wanted. It isn't our property, or responsibility to do the upkeep of the trees on THEIR property. Very unprofessional business.
