Fiber optic cable from street to house Was trenched thoughtfully and professionally. Installation from exterior of house to interior very professional. The technicians were very informative and friendly. The glitch with the upstairs air printer was solved in a friendly and professional manner. We are very happy with Clearnetworx!

So far so good, nice fast service and friendly staff, they even called to check to make sure the install went well and the technician did the install without any problems. They we 20 min late but it was explained that they were delayed from a prior install, but the technician was very good as explaining everything and what to expect. I'm very happy with ClearNetworx's services so far, 2 to 3 weeks in and no outages or service problems. HUGE improvement over our old provider.

Clearnetworx told us we would be on line by the end of spring 2024. We just completed the hookup two weeks ago- Feb 2025. Along the way we were repeatedly told hookup was imminent. I understand the difficulty of working with subcontractors but their actions reflect on you. Along the way seemingly indelible markings appeared on our street, landscaping rocks, and grounds- many put there by utilities responding to your requests for identifying a clear path for cables. Again, their actions reflect on you as the initiator. So far we are very happy with performance of the system- only one instance of buffering since installation. I was happy with the work of your subcontractors who installed the cable from the street and in the house. We will be watching post installation service and response from your company.

Worked with their technicians on a shared client project a few months back -- they were very helpful and great to work with.

Incredibly timely service from start-to-finish. Crews were totally cool, easy-going, and HIGHLY professional / technically capable. Got my installation done in a couple of hours with an across-the-ceiling cable run through vaulted a ceiling over the living room.

Switched over from our prior ISP after a day or two of fiber service, and haven't looked back. Clearnetworx has been great and the higher upload speed noticeably appreciated. And...we're saving about $40 / mo. Glad we made the change.

Couldn't be more happier! Easy process after all permissions were granted. When I turned in my equipment at Spectrum they tried to convince me to stay with them by lowering my bill from $87.00 to $27.00 for 2 years, I looked at her and mentioned I have been telling you guys for 6 months I'm getting a different provider because I couldn't afford their prices as they keep going up and service goes down. I smiled and said I have found the perfect company and their internet is perfect and my price stays the same for as long as I have it,,, they looked at me and said," ya until you move." I said no plans of that so I'm good but no matter what I am much happier switching to a provider that not only has outstanding customer service but has the best service here!!!
