The CVR lodge and cabins is an outstanding get away for a family reunion or small group fellowship time. Located in a wooded area close to nature activities and away from city lights, it is the perfect place to reconnect with yourself and others. Cabins are simple and cozy. The lodge is huge and has a kitchen, so well equipped, that even a novice could prepare a gourmet meal. Our family of 18 made good use of all the indoor and outdoor games, and did not complain once about missing internet or TV! A favorite activity was "breakout", which both kids and adults played well into the night. The second best was seeing the stars as never before. Both the facility and host get 5 stars!

My husband, Jason Jones, me, our Pastor Johnny West and his wife Samdy came here for their marriage retreat. We learned SO much. My husband and I have been to 4 marriage retreats this year and this, by far, was our favorite. The teachings from scripture were so informative and the FOOD! Ohhh the food.... we left stuffed and stayed full our whole time there with real food, no powdered eggs here or fake meat, that they prepared for us! The cabins (the quad) were amazing and cozy, very comfortable and the perfect size. The bonfire with smores was SO fun! We are going back in a few months for their family camp and can't wait! PERFECTION!

Clean and cozy cabins! All the right games for a camp ground. I dont know the last time I played horseshoes. Great place to get out of the noise and rest and reconnect with family.
