My mom rented this building in Clayton Tx., for our family reunion, it was ok. The oven didn't work we had to serve cold food, there were rat droppings behind the stove, the refridgearator was nasty, the rubber around the door was molded, the freezer door as well there are no private stalls in the bathroom for , the grass was cut, but cut grass Was left on the lawn, we had to haul off trash cause there is no dumpster providers for the community center. This is a building my family and I want be using, and a lot of them have previously used it. There are definitely a lot of changes needed to this place.for $300.00, it should be kept up better.
