I’ve never been here, but all the 5 star reviews say nothing about the way in which they helped people. I think 90% of the 5 star reviews were generated by staff or friends of staff. Seems like a false rating. Also, if it takes 50-60 days to get approved for electric bill assistance, your power will be shut off before you even get approval.

10-18-23 Very nice employees. Everyone greets you with a smile & tells you to have a good day and be careful out there when you're leaving.
I filled out an application for assistance with my electric bill this winter. Took me less than 10 minutes to do. You need a print out of the last 12 months of your electric bills (or whatever you have at your current residence), an ID or Drivers License, your Social Security Card, and proof of income. I had to go back this morning with the proof of income. I 4got it yesterday. Bozohead. There was a different person who took my info and she was just as nice as the 2 ladies I spoke with yesterday! I'll receive a letter in 50-60 days with the decision.
I don't know enough about THEM to add anything. They may help with other things as well.

I have never been lied to and misled so much in my life. Apparently having covid and being out of work don't qualify you for assistance. As a single mom of 2 who has worked her whole life. I'm so disappointed. I can't help my sons father passed away and my parents are both deceased. I wish I could ask for help. I did not ask for my whole little family to get sick. And yes I have dr notes.... 😥 😔

Staff was so sweet and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions. I noticed that they did the same for those who came in after me as well.

Called the minute they were open. Got through and stayed on hold for 17 minutes before being audibly hung up on. Called again and got rerouted through their menu system for the remainder of the second call (23min) before being hung up on again! Called back and got through in five minutes to be told they’re all scheduled now. I am livid! This place shouldn’t even give you the expectation of assistance!!
