We love this place! The naturalists are so helpful and wonderful! They offer great classes throughout the year. And so many adorable little animals to see. The park is great and there’s a shaded area to sit outside and eat your lunch. Also a nice trail that’s not too long for the kiddos.

Nice rubber padded play area. During the day hours, the city building is open and has a restroom inside. There are basketball courts and a walking track. We appreciate that 3 sides of the playground area are fenced in, making it easier to keep track of the kids.

Fun Nature Center! There are friendly staff inside, lots of animals to look at, and usually kid activities. The giant playground behind the center is always a hit. We love the walking paths by the river and through the forest. Hidden Gem of Fairlawn!

Super fun place to bring the kids. We make it a weekly date and have a picnic by the playground. We love to see all the animals inside and take a break from the heat in the summer!
