Yes - as a Citizen, I received great service here at my El Paso County Citizen Service Center today! Easy and plentiful close in parking, everything is ADA compliant, the facility is sanitary and spotless, and signage is spot on. I was obtaining new license plates for my new car and the staff person who assisted me, Lee Ann D. was awesome - she provided exceptional customer service, friendly, professional, and most helpful. Wish I could request her to handle my registration needs every time. 5 Thumbs Up for Lee Ann! Great experience.

Been going to the workforce center and citizen service center for approximately 13 years now off and on when I'm looking for a job, going to DMV, voting, the people that work there are outstanding and very friendly and very helpful, It's relatively centrally located for the county kinda sorta. If you start anywhere in this County start there then work your way out.

I have been on hold for an hour and a half over the phone with no response. My benefits for my sick 18 month old are on pause for simply a glitch issue and I cannot get ahold of anyone to fix it.

Came to get real estate documents. It's a large complex and took a little navigating, but found the right place. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and knew how to help me get what I needed. DMV was also here so I was able to get a replacement month tag for my faded one without having to wait in line. Overall, very pleased with my experience.

We went into the DMV to get our handicap placard. We were only there for about 45 minutes which is good for going in around noon. The service was fast and courteous and we were on our way to finish out the rest of our day.

I'm not able to give -5 stars, but that is the true rating. If you need to do business here, plan on at least 2 trips and 3 trips to be more accurate. And for a bunch of people who are overpaid, they sure are nasty and rude.
