The property is serene and vibrant with simplistic natural beauty. The location is perfect to step away from the busyness and plunge into Arkansas finest landscapes. The owners and residents are kind and welcoming. The retreats and programs are perfectly curated. I strongly recommend SEVA service. Nothing blends the teachings of yoga and meditation better than giving back selfless service to your teachers and the

My experience at the Circle Yoga Shala has left me with a different sense of myself and what I want to do next. The program was everything I was looking for and more. The 200YTT program provides a foundational framework for posture, movement, sequencing, and cueing which allows creativity and authenticity without sacrificing form and integrity. The training respectfully meets students at all levels of incoming knowledge, providing a supportive space for inquiry. The teachings of yoga philosophy provide a meaningful connection to yogic wisdom, with reverence for its origins. The surroundings are beautiful and the food offerings healthy and thoughtfully prepared from ingredients grown and raised on the grounds. There are lots of sweet and friendly dogs, chickens, and horses too. I am grateful for this beautiful community in the Ozarks and the opportunity I’ve had to receive training here. I will value the fellowship I’ve encountered throughout my life.

I attended the 200-hour accelerated yoga teacher training program in June 2024 and loved it. I felt completely taken care of during my time at the Shala and made friendships I hope last a lifetime. The setting is rugged and so beautiful. I'll definitely be back!

The Shala is like coming home. At my first intensive I was able to disconnect from the busyness of my home life and immerse myself in the process of becoming like I never have.
The group I have been so blessed to be with gelled immediately and we bonded as if we had known each other for a lifetime.
Stela and Kate are immensely knowledgeable teachers. Holly’s meditation is superb and I especially love the philosophy class with Matt.
The vegetarian food is simply amazing. The flavors and care taken in preparing it made me feel like I was at a 5 star resort.
The Shala will always be a special place to me. I’m so appreciative to have found it and have the ability to participate in this process.

I waited 20 years to find a school that taught me what the shala taught. I wanted the real deal and after researching and moving around finding Kate, Stela, Holly and Matt was a transformational experience. It is a school of wisdom and self actualization. It’s night and day different than what most training's offer. I wanted to learn more than asana and anatomy, I wanted the why and how that only a deeper curiosity leads to. They delivered! Worth every penny and shed off a lot of years of stress and limiting beliefs. Deeply grateful.
